Terms & Conditions
Payment & Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking with Wild Eagle Trails, a deposit of XX% of the total invoice is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance is due 20–30 days prior to your safari start or arrival in Africa.
If your booking is made within 45 days of your arrival date, full payment is required immediately.
Payment Methods:
All payments can be made online or via Bank Wire Transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect on the date received by Wild Eagle Trails. Deposits and payments will be refunded less any applicable hotel cancellation fees and administrative costs, as follows:

General Booking Conditions
Passports & Visas:
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that passports and visas are valid and in order. Assistance and recommendations can be provided upon request.
Flight Bookings:
Reconfirmation of international and domestic flights is the traveler’s responsibility. Please inform Wild Eagle Trails of any flight changes to ensure smooth tour coordination.
Travel Insurance:
Travelers must have comprehensive travel insurance covering illness, injury, death, loss of baggage, personal items, cancellation, and trip curtailment. The choice of insurer is at the client’s discretion.
Amendments to Confirmed Arrangements:
Wild Eagle Trails provides customized safari packages using multiple suppliers. Prices and arrangements may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including government action, currency fluctuations, or supplier price changes. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to itineraries when necessary.
Responsibility:
Wild Eagle Trails acts solely as a coordinator for services provided by third-party operators, including lodges, hotels, transport providers, guides, air charters, boating, trekking, and other activities. All bookings are subject to the limitations of liability imposed by these operators. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.
